TWIN LOBE ROOTS BLOWER & EXHAUSTER

The Range includes 14 Air Cooled models  7 Water Cooled models These cover a range of Capacities from 20 M3/hr to 14000 M3/hr. and pressures up to 1 Kg./cm2. The Smaller machines are available either from stock or delivered within a short delivery period. Bigger machines are manufactured against specific orders.

Design & Construction Features

Casing : 
Sturdy, Detachable feet allow choice of either Vertical or Horizontal Flow.

Casing Cover (Main Cover) : 
Main bores fine-bored inside & ribbed for strength from outer side.

Rotors : 
(a) Involute profile of Lobes ensures uniform clearance in all positions of Rotors.
(b) Rotors Dynamically balanced as per IS0 1940 (1973E) 1 - 1986 This ensures vibration free running.

Timing Gears :
(a) Gear Pair: Helical design with ground profile and DIN class 5 accuracy. Uniform backlash. This ensures smooth, noiseless and accurate torque transmission.

Fitment of Gears :
(i) Through Tensioning Elements: These elements finished to 10 µ accuracy from special steel. Enable accurate & quick coupling and detachment of gears.

(ii) Through Taper Seat: With the help of Oil Injection System where the pump generates pressure up to 3000 Kg/cm2 This method achieves shrink fitment suitable for optimum torque transmission, maintaining run out accuracy 10 µ.

Bearings :
Double Row Angular contact Ball Bearing, Spherical Taper Roller Bearing and Deep Groove Ball Bearings of Standard quality. Make and with special clearance ensure that even at over pressure condition the machine runs smoothly without seizure.

The bearing is fixed on Tapered Withdrawal Sleeve, which is having ground finish. This is fitted with the help of specially designed Hydraulic Nut @ 400 Bar Pressure; to ensure exact matching of tapers and hence correct fitment.
